The heavy-duty frame has diagonal and horizontal support members bonded to the media on the air entering and leaving sides for unsurpassed frame strength. Interlocking corners and positive media-to-frame seal reduces the possibility of air-bypass.

The Pre-Pleat 40 uses a larger square area of intake filter media to form into V-Pleats, which increases the surface area of the Disposable Cardboard HVAC filter, thereby increasing the dust holding capacity.
