What happens if the product is not as ordered?

While we do our best to make sure that your order is as you’d hoped, there are rare circumstances where it may not be correct or to a high enough quality that we pride ourselves on delivering.

In the instance that your order is damaged, faulty or the wrong size to what was ordered, we are more than delighted to accept your return and offer you a full refund including postage.

What if I accidently order the wrong one?

In some cases we cannot provide a refund if the error is on the part of the purchaser. However, if the product is a stock item and has not been damaged, used or soiled in any way and can be returned in its original packaging to our warehouse with the shipping at the purchasers expense. We may offer a refund after goods have been received and inspected.
Where the order is a custom product, special order product, or cut-to size product, no refund can be offered.
